Don't Listen To Other People About Weight Loss Or Weight Gain - Listen To Yourself
There are a couple of important points that this blog wants every woman to consider. Do not take yourself too seriously!!! Do not worry about what other people say!!
You'd think those around you would want to encourage you, cheer you on, tell you good things, right? No! For some reason, people LOVE to talk freely about their negative opinions and experiences. Growing up I was always being told to lose weight so that I could fit into smaller sized clothes and look thinner etc... This advice did not help me. It freaked me out and made me quite upset. I am who I am, is what I use to say.
I was strong-minded and I filtered out what I wanted and did not want to hear. You can't control what other people say, but you CAN control what you hear! So if someone starts sharing their opinions with you that are not necessarily positive then politely excuse yourself and walk away.
Weight loss is something that you need to want to do and losing too much weight can be as unhealthy for you as gaining too much weight so remember - everything in moderation and you can't go wrong.
Take care of yourself and surround yourself with positive and supportive people!!
